This application is based on the Liver Imaging Reporting and Data System (LI-RADS v2013.1) developed by the American College of Radiology (ACR) to standardize imaging reporting of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The application has been adapted to categorize only observations that demonstrate arterial-phase enhancement (LR3 and above).

Two versions of the application are available.

QUICK APP

The Quick App enables rapid categorization of an arterial-phase enhancing observation, without considering ancillary features or tie-breaking rules.

The Detailed App incorporates additional information about the observation, and includes ancillary features and tie-breaking rules to adjust category. It also generates a report that can be used for clinical purposes.
